Troubleshooting

Ball animation stutters

Disable battery saver and close other tabs. The physics animation is light but GPU throttling can affect it on older phones.

Bonus Saucer toggle not responding

Set the saucer before you launch the ball — the toggle is part of the betting phase, not mid-round.

No sound on hits

Check both the music and effects sliders. On iOS, sound needs a first tap to enable.

Balance not topping up in demo

Refresh the page — demo credits reset on reload with no account needed.

Board cramped on small phones

The board is designed for portrait; rotating or zooming slightly can make the multiplier cells easier to read.

Round result unclear

The result is the multiplier of the cell the ball settles into. If a booster relaunches the ball, wait for the final settle before reading the win.
